Tanner showed up on time and despite being the third roofer to come by for an estimate, he was the first to get up on the roof to properly inspect the damage. It was such a minor repair that he took care of it within a half hour for less than the "trip minimums" the other roofers mentioned. He was also the only one not pushing me toward making a homeowners insurance claim for a new roof (for a 5 year old roof with just a few loose shingles). Good customer service and honest practices are why Tanner and Evergreen Exteriors will be my go-to for all my future roofing needs and the company I'll recommend to friends and neighbors when they need it.

I had these brothers do several projects for me as I am preparing my house for sale. They gave me a very fair quote, got on the job right away , did excellent work and stayed on bid. I would definitely have them out again. So hard to find good help, they were a breath of fresh air with their great attitudes.

Looking for a roof? Tanner and Ryan with Evergreen Exteriors will not disappoint! We started with 10 bids on a new roof for our house and carport as I really needed to get an idea of the overall bidding process, pricing and other factors involved as well as tips and such from experienced roofers through the estimating process. Our house had a layover (2 layers of shingles) and needed 4 sheets of wood replaced as well as a couple of leaks addressed. Tanner's knowledge was right up there with most who came out but his polite and respectful manner in the way he treats you is exemplary! We had a lot of emails back and forth getting things dialed in and he was always gracious in answering quickly with what we needed. In the end, we chose him and his company for the roof replacement. We had it scheduled for a Wednesday but it snowed the day or two before so we asked to do it the following week and he had no problem doing so. The day of the job, it was windy but Tanner and his crew did a great job and documented it all with photo's and video so we could see it later on. (I like this as you can see what you are getting even if you are not up there watching it yourself!) They cleaned up really well after the wind blew a lot of roof debris everywhere and made sure all was good before leaving for the day. The next day Tanner came and did some final caulking and cleanup, making sure all looked as good as it was on the ground as well as up on the new roof. We viewed the photo's later in the day with Tanner and his brother Ryan and they answered any questions we had. I would say this was one of the best experiences we have had with home repairs and glad we chose Evergreen Exteriors! You should too! (I do not know them nor was I paid or given a discount for this review, I'm just a Boise homeowner with years living in the Treasure Valley and wanted to let everyone know about my experience!)

Evergreen Exteriors is an excellent construction company. Tanner is extremely helpful in explaining different options and has an in-depth knowledge on the products offered. I would highly suggest using them for any exterior construction needs.

Though my wife and I ultimately did not have Evergreen Exteriors work on our roof, Tanner McNelley saved us a lot of money and financial headache. My wife and I were in the middle of purchasing a house, and our home inspection said very little about the roof. That is why we got a hold of Tanner and his team. Tanner's report was very thorough, which also came with YouTube videos that included spots that were fixed to cover issues that would pass an inspection. The seller was unwilling to split the cost of fixing the roof, so we backed out. Thank you, Tanner, you saved us.

In my 30 years of hiring various contractors/repair technicians, Evergreen Exteriors is the most impressive I have ever encountered. Tanner McNelley is extremely knowledgeable about his craft. He is also the most punctual, polite, and professional craftsman I have ever encountered. He did a siding repair and window sealing job for us and explained every step along the way. He really educates you so that you know exactly what to expect. When the repair was completed, he provided many pictures of everything that he did. You are left with zero concern that he did what he said he would. I was so impressed with his work, I asked Tanner to inspect some recent damage that our aging roof had sustained in a severe windstorm. He presented me with all the pictures and options for repair or replacement. I had our insurance company come out and do their own inspection, and they agreed with Tanner’s assessment. Having never done a roof replacement before, Tanner did a phenomenal job of educating us about the different product options when it comes to choosing a new roof. When the day came for the roof replacement, Tanner, his brother Ryan, and their team were right on time. Ryan, who is just as polite and professional as his brother Tanner, supervised and led the removal and installation of the new roof. The crew cleaned as they went and were diligent about making sure debris and roofing nails were not left behind. While dodging inclement weather, they completed the project in two days. Tanner fully inspected the installation, presented us with a time-lapse video of the installation, photos of every step, and drone footage of the before and after of the roof. It is difficult to relay via a review how pleased we are with Tanner and Ryan McNelley. Evergreen Exteriors are top-notch from beginning to finish. Trust me, you will be pleased if you hire them for your next project.

Tanner is the most professional contractor I have ever engaged for a repair. He arrived when promised, showed me the damaged siding areas and explained the repair. He also took before and after photos and created a video of the repair. I have never encountered that before. I'm well pleased.

Excellent service -- highly recommend. Tanner responded very quickly to my inquiry and showed up on time to fix the roof leak. He took time to explain the reasons for the leak and the best ways of fixing it. The cost of service was very reasonable. Tanner took multiple pictures and videos of the work-in-progress and shared them with me.

Tanner was such a dearheart helping with our driveway, and sidewalk, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help. Thank you Tanner!!!

Tanner helped us with excessive snow on our roof which was resulting in ice buildup. He was prompt, hard working and very personable. I will use him again on roof matters.
